Case Overview
In addition to the web version layout below, your cases are visible on a mobile device.
Case Tracker
There are seven different progress statuses you'll see:
1. Case Created:
The date on which you created the case.
2. Submission under review:
CandidPro's Team is reviewing all of the materials submitted.

3. Treatment planning in progress:
Creating a custom treatment plan for you and your patient.
4. Treatment plan ready for review:
During this stage, we will collapse the case tracker so that your treatment plan is front and center for you to review and approve.

5. Aligner kit in production:
Manufacturing the aligners.
6. Aligner kit shipped:
Aligner kit has officially shipped (either to your patient or your office, depending on your selection).
7. Aligner kit delivered:
Aligners have been delivered, and treatment can begin!
