Archive or complete your CandidPro patient cases with ease.
Archive or Cancel a Case
If you no longer wish to submit a case for treatment planning, choose the "Archive" button on your patient's profile, as shown below.
Please note that if the case materials are under review by our team, your team should wait until the material review is completed to archive the case. Alternatively, contact CandidPro Support to archive the case on your behalf.
Complete a Case
If you are satisfied with your patient's results on their last step of treatment, choose the "Mark as complete" button to close the case.
Please note that when marking a case complete, the case will no longer be eligible for unlimited refinements under our additional aligner policy. Retainers can be ordered on completed cases. For more information, please see the Refinements Policy article.
