There will be a $400 fee for refinements 180 days after the initial shipment date if the case becomes inactive.
Requesting refinements as soon as possible after a patient completes treatment is recommended, so their treatment can be continued!
A case expires 3 years from initial case shipment date
Once a case expires you will no longer be able to request refinements and will be billed standard case fee for any additional treatment requested on a case.
Case expiration refers to the period during which you may request refinements without the need to purchase a new case. This period lasts for three years from the original/first aligner case shipment date. After this timeframe, the case is considered expired, and any additional treatment will incur the standard case fee.
