CandidPro Elements is built specifically for minor crowding, relapse, or pre-restorative alignment. The main shift here is the move to pay-per-tray pricing, which makes these smaller cases more predictable from a margin perspective.
Key Features
Pricing structure: Instead of a flat comprehensive fee, you pay per aligner tray, which keeps the entry cost lower for simple cases.
Flexibility: If a case becomes more complex than originally planned, you can easily upgrade to a Comprehensive case to get the benefits of orthodontist review, unlimited refinements for 3 years, and ProMonitoring.
Aligner kit essentials: Each kit includes the a luxury clear aligner case and Chewies.
Optional Monitoring: ProMonitoring is available as an individual add-on to any CandidPro Elements cases allowing you to customize the level of oversight based on the patient's needs.

CandidPro Elements Case Selection
We recommend using CandidPro Elements for cases requiring minor adjustments over ten or fewer aligner steps.

Even though 10 steps with CandidPro Elements can achieve more movement than the table indicates, the provided recommendations are conservative to help ensure you meet the goals of your treatment plan.
Recommended case types
Use the case examples below to help determine if your case is the right fit for CandidPro Elements.
- Simple crowding - Often caused by insufficient space in the dental arch, simple crowding cases may require slight rotation and up to 1.5 mm of movement per arch
- Minor orthodontic relapse - Caused by inconsistent retainer wear, soft tissue pressure, and aging, orthodontic relapse cases requiring up to 1.5 mm of movement per arch are ideal for CandidPro Elements
- Pre-restorative adjustments - Upright, de-rotate, or adjust spacing prior to placing crowns, implants, or veneers.
Limitations and alternatives
As you know, biology and compliance vary widely from patient to patient. It is possible that additional aligners may be required even if the case meets our recommended guidelines for CandidPro Elements.
For added flexibility, support, and predictability, we recommend our CandidPro Comprehensive product, which includes refinements, consultations with US-based, licensed orthodontists, and FDA-cleared remote monitoring.
