Attachment Template

 

We include an Attachment Template in the aligner kit when attachments are a part of the treatment plan   This is a guide aligner that has grooves providers can use to place the attachments on the patient’s teeth.   NOTE: CandidPro does not manufacture or provide the actual “attachments” (dental composites)   If the attachment template is missing or a replacement is needed, please contact CandidPro support.

Attachment cases will also include a printed Treatment Plan Guide identifying the location of the attachments and including IPR specifications if IPR is prescribed for the case. For more information see Treatment Plan Guide.
