CandidPro uses a material called Zendura to produce aligners and retainers. Zendura is BPA, phthalate, latex, and gluten-free, and is one of the safest commercially available materials. The aligner bag is made from polyethylene, which is latex-free. It is recommended to rinse each step of aligners before wearing.
Zendura FLX
CandidPro aligners are made of a material called Zendura FLX. This material is 0.76mm thick and is composed of:

Why use Zendura FLX?

Zendura FLX is a multilayer aligner material that is widely recognized as the new benchmark for exceptional teeth movement and patient comfort. It features a unique dual-shell construction with an elastomeric polyurethane inner core encased in a hard outer shell.
Zendura A
CandidPro retainers are made of a material called Zendura A. This material is 0.76mm thick and is composed of:
- POLYURETHANE
- NONYLPHENOL PHOSPHITE

Why use Zendura A?
Purpose: For fabricating post-treatment retainers and aligners
Zendura A is a monolayer material made entirely of a proprietary polyurethane resin. The orthodontic industry considers it as the well-established gold standard as a post-treatment retainer material for its exceptional crack resistance and stress retention. It is also still widely used as an aligner and a “finishing” aligner material.
