How is this applied?

The storefront link is here.
- You must use this link as it is a direct link to the product.
- Enter the practice name in the Company field during checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after the checkout.
- An account must be set up before we can apply the bundle.
- If your practice has not signed the CandidPro agreement yet, the delay may be longer.
Storefront Details
- Each provider is only able to purchase one (1) bundle.
- Checkout will be blocked if more than one bundle is added.
- Any additional purchases will be refunded, and only one will be fulfilled.
- You must accept the terms and conditions before purchasing the bundle.
- Monthly emails are sent detailing the number of cases left in the purchased bundle.
How is this applied?
- Once the bundle is activated in our system, the first four cases approved within 100 days get a discount applied automatically.
