  1. NOTE: Scans can NOT be sent via DS Core if the scans were captured PRIOR to the lab connection being made
  2. Export the scans from Case Connect Center on the PrimeScan → → → → 
  3. Save to a desktop folder; drag & drop files into CandidPro portal case submission flow
