When unzipping a file, the extracted folder may contain multiple file types:
.html .jpg .png .stl .xml
The only files needed for your patient’s scans are .stl files.
The file type may also be referred to as:
It will always have the “.stl” extension. |

After clicking to upload your patient’s scans, you will notice that all file types aside from .stl are unable to be uploaded.
Since no files have been selected, the “Open” button is also unavailable.
Only once an .stl file has been selected does the “Open” button become accessible. |

Why am I receiving an error code while trying to upload STL files?
When uploading STL files, ensure that each scan has “mandibular/maxillary” or “upper/lower” in the filename and is in .stl format. If you continue to receive an error code, please contact our support team.
